I regularly work with the Behavioural Science team on research reviews and intervention audits on a range of topics. I have also worked with the Healthcare team as a behavioural science specialist support on projects such as e.g. vaccine hesitancy and people living with HIV.

I worked with a Finnish aviation and mobility start-up to develop their customer and market intelligence and customer experience competencies, as well as working with marketing to develop campaigns designed to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand image.

Specific activities:

• monitoring industry trends, developing a customer understanding platform and championing customer perspectives in the company’s strategic decision-making

• developing a customer experience that reflects the desired brand identity and translates the brand promise into reality by advocating for consumer needs

• applying behavioural science in the development of the customer experience.

I have worked with Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a behavioural science advisor on projects that have included positioning and communications strategy research projects for various medical conditions. 

In the Netherlands, I worked closely with Wonder Insights & Strategy as their behavioural science expert until their recent merger. Collaborations included a behavioural insights and design project on newspaper reading behaviour covering multiple titles using Behavioural Mapping.

I work with boutique insight consultancy ThinkTank in the role of a behavioural science expert.  We have collaborated on a number of international mixed method research projects.

I work with Bright Harbour on their research, design and innovation for social change projects as the behavioural science specialist in their collective of experts. Most recently, we collaborated on a project for UK Research and Innovation on sustainability in the UK food system to bring a behavioural science lens to the analysis.
